Payment Dates

• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book a place

• Full payment of the course should be made before the term starting date.

Group classes cancellations

• A minimum of 4 students is required to open a course at the Ross House Association or Elwood St Kilda Neighbourhood Learning Centre. Payments are fully refunded in the event of cancellation of classes on behalf of Farolito Spanish.

• No refunds after course had started.    

• Credit: Extreme/Unfortunate circumstances will be considered for credit to be used in other course/s  (subjected to availability).

Private lessons cancellations

• Please give notice 48hs in advance if you need to cancel your class.

• Lessons which are canceled less than 48 hours before they were scheduled to take place will be charged in full.

Class size

• A minimum of 4 students is required to open a course at the Ross House Association or Elwood St Kilda Neighbourhood Learning Centre.

• In the case of a group class having less than 4 students Farolito reserves the right to shorten the class time to by 30min.
